We’re proud to introduce our Wellness Collective practitioners, trusted guides in areas like nutrition, life coaching, breath work, and more. Plus, we’ll be hosting events, workshops and immersive experiences to deepen your connection to yourself and others, all in the name of feeling better, moving well, and living with intention.

Alison Midollo
Alison Midollo holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Tulane University and is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Holistic Health Coach, and Reiki Practitioner who guides her students and clients to restore the mind and body back into balance and peace so that they can transform physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Her philosophy is rooted in slowing down and self-care.
Through her own recovery from burnout, Alison has quickly grown to be recognized as a self-care and wellness leader who truly lives by the simple self-care and stress relief practices she shares. Her heartwork includes: transformational rest retreats, adult and teen yoga and meditation instruction, corporate wellness workshops, holistic health coaching for stress management, business mentorship and creative strategy consulting.
Alison is a founder, creator and guiding light to her global community as she inspires all to embody their own unique energy, create a restful lifestyle, and align their own self-care with intention and ease. She deeply believes in the power and potency of choosing deep rest, deep care and deep commitment to self. Where there is intention, Alison stands firm in holding the vision that self-care creates a ripple effect powerful enough to impact the healing of the collective worldwide.

Norhan Ahmed
Norhan Ahmed is an Intuitive Coach, Reiki Practitioner, Writer, and Community Builder, a multi-passionate guide dedicated to helping others reclaim their power through healing, storytelling, and energy-informed transformation. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Norhan blends her rich cultural roots with modern spiritual practices to support women and cycle-breakers on their personal growth journeys.
After several years in corporate HR, Norhan pivoted her path toward purpose, channeling her gifts into copywriting, content creation, and healing work. Today, she specializes in writing for women-led, spiritually aligned brands and offers a unique combination of Reiki energy healing and intuitive coaching to clients seeking deep, lasting transformation.
In her healing practice, Norhan supports individuals in releasing emotional blockages, managing chronic pain, and reconnecting to their intuition. Using a blend of Reiki, nervous system education, medical astrology, and psycho-spiritual coaching, she guides clients back into alignment, mentally, physically, and energetically. Her approach addresses the root causes of pain and imbalance, fostering a sense of clarity, safety, and embodied self-awareness.

Kayla Wiley
Kayla is a Certified Health + Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, and women’s hormone health specialist who helps clients transform their energy, stress, nutrition, and daily habits from the inside out.
With a background in Nutrition & Dietetics and training in hormone health through IIN, she’s especially passionate about supporting women and LGBTQIA+ individuals in syncing their cycles, healing PMS, and cultivating balance through mindful movement and lifestyle.
